My appointment was at 9am and I left this medical centre at 11:30am. I’ve been made to feel insufficient as a human being experiencing chronic pain. My situation has been downplayed and instead of listening to what I’m experiencing and trying to help me I was asked by Dr Mia why my health has depleted this year, as if I’m the one with a doctor degree. The care factor is simply not there and it has truly been disheartening and draining dealing with the doctors and staff here. It took 2 days, 3 hours and 3 phone calls of me reminding/begging reception to provide me with my medical form for the past 2 years. Absolutely disgusting considering I’m in poor health currently and have been visiting this centre for 10 years out of proximity to my home. Dr Le Tran refuses to see me because I have missed an appointment due to being sick. I have had the ambulance paramedics try to explain to him that I physically could not attend my appointment. But as I did not pay a $50 fee I guess it means I’m not allowed to see him. If I could give it -5 stars I would but such is life.

Called 6 times in the morning --no one is picking up the phone and always going to their automated voice mail. It is already 8:16 and opening time is 8AM. It keeps on saying "call us during opening time". Please change your website to indicate if you are indefinitely closed or if your opening time is something different. Many Thanks.

By far the worst of the worst, had my wife come in for a pregnancy (via blood) test and the doctor didnt even order the right blood test, just tested the vitamins even though we clearly stipulated thats why we were there.

For the harmony test sent the incorrect referral, furthermore my wife at 16 weeks needs to get another blood test because the original blood test didnt test for Iron.

Horrible, anything to do with this doctor (Dr Md Mirjahan Mia) is just attrocious.

by simply talking to Dr. Mirjahan about my symptom, I knew that he listens carefully to what I said. I feel like he listens and understands you and your situation, totally different compared to the other GPs I have visited.

Wonderful warm staff. Especially Mariom, Grace and Delia on the front desk, Dr McMahon is very knowledgable and has elite expertise within hemmoroid treatment. I was in agony recently from pain and he saved my life with his treatments.

He administers treatment to patients with dementia before getting approval from their carers. He and this whole clinic is an absolute joke.

After seeing my family for over 30 years, he is a money hungry, pathetic doctor who does not care for his patients only himself and his pocket.

Reception staff not helpful, don’t follow through with bookings and do not do anything to help patients in desperate need on phone. Wait time is horrible, why have to make bookings to still be waiting over 1.5hrs. Rude!

First of all this place is disgusting. I made an appointment today at 12:10 and let me in at 1:15 so literally 1.05 hours.
I have really back pain to the point I can’t walk. Sitting down will be a mission and getting off the chair is a mission.
Waited for the doctor to call and finally he did.

He told me I am a new patient and need all my old documentations to continue with my issue.
I told him just imagine I am new from overseas and I have nothing deal me with me.
He couldn’t help me at all, I’m crying from pain and his telling me he can’t give me a referral because I am a new patient and can’t help me.
That is completely unbelievable and terrible.
I wish he sees this review to know how I felt after leaving this medical centre.

I seriously don’t recommend anyone to see him as he does not know what he is doing. “So called dr”

I have to give him 1 star because I had no other choice to give him “zero”
