I have been to many physios throughout the years of playing competitive sport. Shay is by far the best! She is knowledgeable, takes everything into consideration, and has helped rehabilitate me through two major surgeries. I couldn't have done it without her. I cannot thank Shay enough for the amazing help she has provided. She knew exactly where my pain was and gave me the perfect remedial exercises and regimen for me.

After almost 3 years of no running due to a knee and a lower back injury, it took Shay just under 3 months to gradually help me get back to the level I almost as at when I had to stop running. Last week, I just completed my first 10k run in 3 years!!

I cannot recommend Shay enough! She has done wonders and I am extremely grateful!!

Shae is amazing !!! Very knowledgeable, thorough and quick to identify what's going on and what is required for recovery and rehabilitation, no grey areas. Very clear and precise in what needs to be done to get you back on track.

Also provided a great massage to reduce swelling and pain 10/10 definitely be back.
