I am so glad that I chose this doctors office. The front office was friendly and courteous. As a new patient they made things real easy for me. The doctor I saw, Dr. Lalana K was great. She was patient and explained everything in detail as I was pretty anxious about my situation. I would highly recommend this medical practice to anyone looking for a new doctor in the area. I would like to thank the entire team for their diligence and great service.

I am so glad I stumbled across this practice accidentally while looking for covid vaccination clinics. The staff, doctors and nurses here are so kind and caring. Sylva is one of the sweetest humans I've come across and always looks after you. The receptionist staff are always friendly and welcoming. Dr Lalana Kapuwatte is the best GP I have been to over the years and as someone who sees a lot of doctors for chronic illness I have plenty of experience. I have recommended this practice to friends who also now see them as their regular GP and they love them too!

I am delighted to say that Dr. Natalie Kordjian is my GP. She is empathetic, compassionate and has such knowledge that she can amalgamate my extensive medical problems in a way that leaves me confident that she "has my back". She is the first doctor whom I have recommended to both my daughters and they formed the same opinion.
I have found Ursula to be a most efficient and friendly receptionist who gives me an indication of the waiting time and tries very hard to accommodate those without appointments.

Excellent facility. Doctors are really good. Dr. Rafi is experienced and easy. Understand to the issues. He is really good for the little once as well. Front desk ladies are lovely and helpful. Will understand the urgency and can help you at short notice as well. Overall I am always comfortable and have faith in them.

Dr Natalie is the greatest doctor that I have ever seen. I guarantee her quality with my full mark and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Natalie always listens to me very thoroughly and gives me good explanations to all my questions. She is very keen to entry my medical record in the clinic computer and always follows up my previous health condition. She also shows practical methods and choices for the patients professionally.

I have seen many GP doctors. As everybody might experience, doctors are also a human so sometimes they look a bit slack and do not talk to you as nicely as usual. But Dr Natalie is not one of them. I have visited her quite often due to my health issue. She has never ever performed unprofessionally or disappointed me at all. She has been consistently attending me well. I really appreciate her professionalism. If you ask me any problem, that is only one thing that it is not easy to get an appointment with her because she is very popular.

I am very sad to see some untrue comment about doctors in this review. I don't know who they are but they should not discriminate this clinic. All doctors are loved by local people. I keep visiting this clinic since it was in Naremburn. I moved the house 3 times and now live a bit far from this clinic. But I am still happy to drive all the way to this Willoughby clinic.

I have been seeing Dr. Dr Natalie Kordjian for about 3 years and she is really great and very knowledgeable! I really like that she spends the time to listen to me and give me exhausting answers.

She has always given me and my family good and honest recommendations. I like that when it makes sense and there are no significant differences she has been giving me referrals for places / professionals that are fully covered by medicare.

I like to understand things and for this reason l always ask a lot of questions and and sometimes doctor get annoyed but not Dr. Natalie who has always taken the time to explain things to me and give me all the answers I was looking for.

She is always smiling and nice which I believe is important, but at the same time she is always professional.

I had an appointment today and she was helpful as always.

I have visited Dr Natalie Kordjian twice, and first time was great, and she was helpful about my questions about prepping my body for pregnancy. Second visit was horrible, as i told her I had an abortion before just due to really bad timing, but after she heard, i felt she was starting to be blunt and rude in tone of voice. I felt she was subjective and unprofessional with my consultation due to the topic and i felt so so horrible about myself I left the clinic. Therefore i never went back to that clinic again and i felt i was being judged and not treated right.
