Brilliant experience.
I felt they were responsive, and fast with being able to see me and gave consistent communication - even giving a reminder call on the day.
The practice is a clean, modern well furnished nice environment.
The doctor I saw was great, patient and thorough and respectful.
Overall, very happy. Glad I have registed with them.
(If interested, they bulk bill with Medicare too, I found it very easy to set up and register)

The front desk staff is very friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The doctor Jiang is professional, attentive, and takes the time to listen and explain everything in detail. I had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend this clinic.

I visited this medical centre several weeks ago and was very impressed by the clean and modern facilities and services provided. Dr Jack is very personable with extensive knowledge and a patient manner.The practice nurse was also extremely professional, collecting samples for pathology in a pristine and private room.
I was happy to receive a follow up call from Dr Jack to discuss test results and treatment the following day.
After testing positive for COVID today using a home test, I was able to book a telephone consultation. Dr Jack called me within the hour with treatment advice and digital prescriptions.
I highly recommend this excellent new Willoughby Medical Practice.

My appointment with Dr. Long Jiang was as professional and thorough as a GP session can be. His respectful and attentive disposition made the doctor's visit an absolute pleasure. The offices are new, beautifully presented and reception staff super friendly. On top of bulk-billing for most services, this medical centre provides an excellent experience, and I highly recommend them.

Dr Jack (Jiang) takes time to listen and take care of your issues. The specialist that Dr Jack has referred me to has been very good as well. All staff are friendly and polite and the premises are newly fitted out. Great medical clinic - highly recommended.
