My father had an appointment with Dr Brett Jackson , upon arrival at the East Melbourne clinic we were advised that the appointment was for the Williamstown clinic which was never specified nor any confirmation correspondence was sent of time and location of the appointment. I called the Williamstown clinic and spoke with Julie which handled all these appointments, she was very dismissive and kept cutting me off when trying to speak, I had asked if we could still go to the appointment bearing in mind we were going to be 10mins late, she advised the doctor was already running half an hour late and she rescheduled my elderly fathers appointment with no consideration that we had gone to the wrong clinic due to no confirmation of location. I’m very confused to why my father’s appointment just gets rescheduled when the doctor himself was half an hour late. Very dissatisfied with the conversation with Julie, she was nothing less than rude and unhelpful.

Took my daughter to see Dr M How. He was extremely professional, thorough, polite, knowledgeable and took his time to really evaluate my daughters health issue. I was truly impressed and would certainly continue to see him for any health issues for my daughters.
