I would like to share just how wonderful Williamstown GP Group is. From the moment I entered the reception for the first time, I have felt so welcome. The reception staff, nurses and Dr Maryam are all so friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you to them all for making my visits such a positive experience.

I’ve had the most lovely experiences with all staff at Williamstown GP Clinic. They really have become our family clinic with my baby, husband and sister now attending. From the warm welcome of Rhonda on reception, nurses Lil and Sammy giving gentle injections/infusions, fabulous pathology collection centre and then the incredible GPs I’ve seen; Dr Maryam, Dr Scott and Dr Masoud have gone above and beyond to help when needed and give great general, big picture and specific care that has always been hard to find. Would absolutely not recommend! Had multiple bad experiences with extreme long waits. Today I had an appointment with my son at 8.30 with Dr. Masoud, after 20min waiting I asked how much longer - receptionist told me not long. After which Dr. Masoud called another patient in stead of us. I asked the receptionist again, but they could not help me. Very disappointing. After 45min and no apology I left.. Would not come back here.

In March of 2022 I came to see Dr Masoud to get a second opinion on a mole on my back, as their website indicated he did skin checks. My previous GP (at a different clinic) told me it was fine, but thankfully Dr Masoud did not agree and removed the mole. This mole came back as a malignant melanoma, as such I am forever grateful for Dr. Masoud's expertise in skin cancers. Over the past 2 years, my entire family has switched over to Williamstown GP group, and we continue to be impressed with the level of care. The clinic is always accommodating to last minute changes, that happen often as a mother of small children. We are extremely pleased with our switch to Williamstown GP Group.

The receptionist gave me not really good experience.I called the clinic today She talked to me on the phone was not very nicely and the voice tone was very deep and loud impatiently. Last time I went to the clinic she was confused about my appointment as well. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Scott Stinson was the best, attentive, friendly, humorous, compassionate, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He is the good old doctor that is hard to find these days!! From now on, he will be our GP for the family! Highly recommend his services.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Maryam Hosseini was less than expected. She was condescending and outright rude in regards to my symptoms. As a result of her care, I had avoided seeking further support in regards to my symptoms. Upon reflection, her bias unduly affected my health outcomes which has since been salvaged by some excellent practitioners.
