Terrible service, no verbal communication other than web page after filling in online application form. Then told to fill in their Halixy app form that I completed with personal details and had no response after wasting my time. No follow up either but I guess personal communication just isn't done these days so I have no confidence a company that offers this service will give a dam about your health. I went elsewhere where I could talk to a human being and ask questions in relation to my health before visiting. I would say The Why Clinic is a Medicare bulk bill first then charge hard company. Either way I would pay without Medicare if the service were up to decent level. I would say stay away pay and get real health advice from a reputable provider.

Catherine and Jason at Why Clinic are both extremely knowledgable, my weightless journey has not been an easy one. Catherine explained to me how there are many aspects of my life that have contributed to my weight gain and that I need to manage all of them to be successful. I have been seeing Catherine at Why Clinic for over a year now and I have lost just shy of 30kg in that time. From the first consultation to the weekly, monthly and two monthly follow up calls I have been successful in continuing to loose weight and have turned around my health issues I had at the start. Good bye fatty liver, good bye high cholesterol. Hello heathy, slimmer me!! Thank you Catherine for your continued support. I highly recommend this clinic and their weight loss program.

So glad I was referred to Catherine. Last year I lost the 11kg that crept on during peri menopause. I have since kept it off (11 months). I feel much more confident. I did use the medication option and it can be expensive but Catherine has monitored me closely with regular appointments. Well worth it as far as I’m concerned.
