Wholistic Property Solutions has managed our rental property in Bellbird Park since 2020. Property Managers, Taylor Welsh & Sandie Olsen. They have both managed our property with the utmost professionalism and exceptional service. Both are a pleasure to deal with. Sandie has recently handled the sale of our property. Again, Sandie managed the process with her usual efficiency and kept us updated every step of the way. At the same time dealing with the tenants who absconded the property. What a mission that was. Our sincere thanks go to Sandie. Great sensor of humour also.

Over the last 12 . have been a tenant in a property in Redbank Plains and rented through Wholistic Property Management. Our Property Manager, Sandie Olsen, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Anything that needed attention was dealt with straight away. We couldn't rate the service she provided any higher and would recommend her as one of the best PM'S we have dealt with over the years. She is an absolute credit to the company and should be a role model to many out there.

Wholistic Property Solutions OLD have managed our property in Mango Hill over the last 5 years without issue. Sandra Olsen has been our property manager for the last 2-3 years and provided exceptional service. Communication has been excellent, prompt and very helpful. She is friendly and always looked after our interests, nothing was an issue for her. Our property has been continually tenanted and returns have been good, while costs have been kept to a minimum.

I have dealt with Taylor Welsh previous as our property manager and she has been excellent. She is prompt in responding to emails and attend to any issues and queries we got.

We have also recently used Jeff Herron as a buyer’s agent and he has been excellent in assisting us throughout the whole process. He provided me all the options going ahead with purchasing a property that would suit us.

Definitely a 5-star company.
