Great service, great place! Ibrahim has done an amazing job to help with my soreness and pains. Feels so much better after just a few appointments. He is very knowledgeable and always ensures you feel comfortable. He also have me some stretches and exercises to do at home, which really helps. Overall, excellent service!

i have been going to Wholistic Health Centre for just over two months now and have seen incredible progress. some background on me: i'm 29, have a desk job as a programmer, and exercise (pilates and HIIT) several times a week.

i had a neck i can barely turn and irritating pain in my shoulder blades that i didn't see anyone for FOR YEARS. Dr. Aisha is efficient and will tell you like it is, all while being totally friendly and a great conversationalist. her adjustments are never forced and i always feel better after

i have also been seeing Phoebe for remedial massages and she is an absolute saint. she will tailor every session to you and your needs, whatever they may be on the day.

these two are both incredibly knowledgeable and talented, and most importantly, they make you feel like you're in good hands. my only regret is that i didn't come to them sooner.

I’ve been seeing Dr John for chiropractic care to treat my neck and back pain/injuries. Earlier in January I fractured my ankle, so along with chiropractic to treat my back and neck I have also used their massage therapy services to help with getting back my mobility in my ankle and manage the pain. The therapist I have seen are Ibrahim and Pheobe who have both been great! As a whole, John is a great chiropractor that’s goes that extra mile and uses hands on therapy and soft tissue work to help with mobility and pain relief. It’s not just generic cracks, it does not feel like your just in and out of the center, there seems to be more care factor to how you are feeling and more value for money for the service provided. The same can be said for Ibrihim and Phoebe, as they incorporate more than just massage in their service. There are elements of mobility and movement and stretching in their massage service, along with the hands on massage you receive. I cannot recommend them enough if you are suffering pain, I will def be returning, and look forward my next treatments in both massage and chiropractic. The key is they don’t want you to be in pain, their main goal is to get you feeling pain free!

One night I was desperate looking for a proper pregnancy massage place with a sciatic back pain problem.
This place popped up and I gave it a try the next day.
Phoebe was very gentle yet she knows exactly my tension point and helped me relieve the unbearable pain.
Highly recommend for moms to be especially with sciatica back pain it such a horrible pain and there is one point that I was unable to walk or even simply pick things up from the floor.

Definitely will come back for my next treatment.
