Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are from interstate and my husband needed an immunisation, this was no dramas to the pharmacy staff and we were in and out in 20mins. Also reasonably priced. Very impressed!

We just had the worst retail experience of our life today at WholeLife Pharmacy in Atherton. One of the staff, Cindy, was following my wife and I and our kids around the store. Our kids knocked a couple of stuffy toys off one of the shelves, I asked them to pick them up and Cindy jumped in all grumpy and picked them up. When I asked Cindy to please stop following us around the store because she was creeping us out she turned extremely nasty. She literally told me that my wife and I were horrible parents because two of us couldn’t control three kids, and said “your kids are disgusting “. That is literally what she said. The most upsetting retail experience I’ve had in my life.

My mum went to chemist this morning, to buy a normal turmeric tablets, plus other staff ; she payed for everything and she back home , unfortunately I think by mistake they give her a empty box tablets the one she showed to the chemist . I back in the chemist this afternoon with my invoice and with the empty box and I explained the problem….. the assistant customer name was Melissa she apparently didn’t believe me and I suggest to ceck the video camera so she can see with her eyes, but she back to me “ I don’t have time to ceck camera “ well she gave me the tablets and I asked her if she found out something she reply to me no I don’t,inside my box was the invoice , I left the invoice to her and I suggest to see again the. Camera by time in the in Invoice …., I found the customer service from her was very rude and arrogant!
I’m not going back to this lady anymore! My mum is customer from long time me too we know very nice and good customer people inside this chemist but unfortunately for someone sometimes they losing the good customer service as today ! You can not point people as a liar not everyone are the same . You should done the problem without any complain and any arrogant attitude.

I hate being ripped off locally. A dollar or so here and there is acceptable but being charged 3x more than a pharmacy in Cairns is ridiculous. Item 1 - Local $15. 49 for 1. Cairns $22.96 for 4.
Item 2 - Local $64.34, Cairns $46.99 for the identical medicine.
Thanks Atherton, you'll not get a cent from this, your long standing local customer again.

Very polite and extremely helpful , I needed a certain brand of medication they didn't have it but are ordering it for me, unlike another chemist in Atherton who shall remain nameless, it means a lot to me I will not use the other brand and this med is a must have for me, this now will be the only chemist I will go to in Atherton.
