I had my first Spinal Energetics session with Genna via the online option. I had an open mind but admittedly was sceptical that the session might not be that effective being ‘online’. I was truly proven wrong & amazed how powerful this treatment is. I had an overwhelming sense of tension release throughout the session as I felt my body unwind. It felt as if years of built-up stress had been released. I also found that my lower back/hip pain felt better straight away and I also experienced a sense of clarity in general which has continued to stay with me. Throughout the session, despite not being in the same physical space as Genna, I felt as if she was right there beside me and her beautiful nurturing presence was strongly felt. I highly recommend Genna and this incredible healing modality, it truly is a game changer for better overall health of the mind, body & soul.
