Was visiting from interstate when I needed to see a doctor. There were no appointments available, but as I am pregnant, Dr Sarah offered to see me. She phoned my home state's pathology to follow up results and provided me with the correct treatment. Very appreciative of the doctor and receptionist's efforts!

My first time with Dr Tim and he was a total gentleman. Very thorough indeed. The ladies on the reception and nurses giving injections were lovely too. Thank you. PS As I will be travelling between Sydney and Airlie, it’s nice to know there is a very good Doctor here.

The doctor was super nice
He understood everything about my symptoms and what I need

But one reception girl was so bad
She absolutely looked down me maybe because I am not good at English or some reasons
She is so arrogant and her attitude is not for patients

Even I feel bad because of my conditions and she made me feel much much worse

But I say again Doctor was so so nice

This is a busy practice however the reception staff very engaging. Dr May attended to me with warmth, compassion and humour. She is a kind gentle soul and I was delighted to have May attend to me
