Had a travel consultation & I cannot speak highly enough of the whole process. So rare to find a doctor that truly listens, makes you feel comfortable, is knowledgeable, warm, thorough and was so apologetic for running a little late. They have vaccines on site so was able to get everything I needed in the one visit including buying tropical strength insect repellent! Highly recommend.

Got my vaccinations from this clinic and was impressed with how careful and professional the doctors and nurses were, especially with someone like me, who doesn't like needles. The nurse that gave me the shot seemed very experienced as I could not even feel the needle go into my skin! Definitely recommend!

My doctor worked really hard to get me in to the specialist as quickly as possible. She is thorough and takes time to review me properly each time I visit. If I can't get in to see my regular GP, I am confident with the care and medical advice I will get from all the other doctors and have seen different ones from the same practice over the last 2 years. They are all excellent medical professionals.

After many years my famy was a customer with your clinic will not come there again because your reception person was really rude in a conversation with my husband on the phone. We paid you $250 for two test that we never had results from them and when we asked you about our money back the answer was that we came there so we won't wait in the line. What a rude answer shame on you. The whole family won't come back.

I had a very unusual experience with one of the receptionists, as soon as I walked into the clinic, I was waiting to be attended, I then heard "ARE YOU RIGHT?"
I found this to be a very odd and unpleasant greeting, I didn't get the name of this receptionist, but I got the feeling that I wasn't welcomed.
I personally found this greeting to be asking about my mental health as if "I'm not right?" I would've thought a pleasant "How can I help you?" would be a much better way to start a greeting for people entering the clinic. Please take this constructive criticism on board.
