My girl hasn’t really needed the vet much but when we’ve been to our old vet for vaccinations etc. i always felt so judged and there was no care for my cat whatsoever as she has quite bad fear aggression and been labelled by them, essentially a “feral cat” which was so heartbreaking for me! When looking for a new vet I came across Anstead west vets and they have been great! so patient with my girl even though i know she is very difficult they are so understanding that it’s because she is so scared! compared to previous experiences she (while still difficult) has been so much better and more calm having her boundaries respected and a more gentle approach. the vets have been very open to finding the best way to care for her without stressing her out too much. definitely recommend!

The best vet I have ever been to, from customer service, through to quality of service, and genuine care for my dog, I couldn't recommend this vet more. We had to travel a bit to get there, but well worth the trip. I first contacted Asher via email about PRP injections for my dog, and he provided me with an abundance of information, answered every question, and always had time to speak with me over the phone. We eventually booked in for treatment, and Asher and his team did a wonderful job, both on the day and after, including following up on my dog's health and treatment outcome. They never tried to up-sell me on products/medications/services I didn't need, and any additional services they recommended were a result of them taking the relevant precautions you would expect from an experienced medical professional. I have never experienced such customer service before, with a genuine care for the animals they are treating. I will be going back for all veterinary services my dog needs. The vets are experienced, well-educated, actually "know their stuff" and take the time to talk to you about the procedure, risks and options. I'm glad I found WestVets and Asher.

Our mare had surgery and a hospital stay with them while she recovered, which we were keeped informed with her progress on a daily basis..
