Katie's attentive and caring demeanor stood out throughout our visit. She showed genuine concern for my father's well-being and took the time to ensure he was comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable.

I called at 12.30pm to make a booking. I spoked to one of the very helpful ladies in reception. They got me in for 2 procedures same day. I was in by 2.20pm & out by 2.40pm. Very clean and professional friendly staff all round. Perfect & many thanks?

The reception staff have a great memory for faces and are super friendly and helpful. The sonographers operate with quiet efficiency. Accessing the images afterwards is very quickly and easily handled. Would thoroughly recommend these people for your obstetric ultrasound.

I needed an extra done asap and. When I called 15 min before closing Katie ( sorry if it’s the wrong spelling ?) was more than willing to wait for me to get there. I called other c-ray places that I usually go to and they told me to come back the next day!
I can’t tell you how grateful I am that she did that for me as I was anxious to get some answers for a cough that’s been lingering for months now. She understands my urgency and even though the technician turned off the machine, she calmly and professionally asked them to turn it back and helped me!

Thank you so much! It is so much appreciated and it will always stay with me and I will def Come back to get it and my families X-rays there from now on!

We’ve only ever had great experiences here - the staff are always friendly and helpful, especially with nervous kids who are anxious with scans etc. They’re also very fast and efficient with their services, taking last minute requests and sending reports to your GP pretty soon after.
The front desk staff are absolutely amazing every single time. Very impressed all-round!
