I had both my babies here about 11 and 9 years ago, respectively. I never had a chance to say thank you to the midwives and midhusband 😉 in the maternity wards for looking after me. It was a lovely experience. I remember having stitches, but they gave me a comfortable chair in my room overlooking a paddock behind the hospital, and there was a horse/horses galloping around. It might have been the epidural talking, but it felt like heaven. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a great start to motherhood.

Our baby was born here last May, and we had a great time without any inconveniences during our stay. I liked the clean, comfortable, and quiet facilities, and the staff were friendly. Parking was also convenient, and free parking for $80 for 3 months was very useful, too, for the future following up. Recommended

Most of the team members are done an excellent job and really helpfully. I cannot thank enough during my stay until I was trying to make payment at the concierge desk. But eventually thanks for the lovely lady that with glasses on, aged about 50-60, blond save my day. The outstanding customer services and the smiling make all the waiting worth it. Thanks

I had an amazing experience at Westmead Private Hospital Maternity and would absolutely return for my next birth. The facility was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had a c-section and felt well supported throughout my recovery. The midwives and staff were incredibly kind, caring, and helpful even during very busy periods.

It was a high-demand time with lots of births, so there were occasional delays (up to 30 minutes) when requesting medication or assistance. Tip: Midwife handovers happen at 7–7:30 am and pm, so the 7–8 window can be particularly busyif you need something urgent, it’s helpful to ask just before these timeframes.

I initially wanted the Deluxe Parenting Suite, but it wasn’t available until my remaining two days. By then, I chose not to move since the upgrade cost was $850 for four days with no discount for shorter stays. That said, the standard room was still lovely, clean, and comfortable.

My husband stayed overnight for the duration and the sofa bed was not comfortable, but there were unlimited linen was helpful to make the sleep more comfortable.

The high tea was a lovely touch, and I really appreciated the self-serve kitchen with tea, coffee, water, and ice available for patients. The food was okay, and the café was busy but had great coffee.

The parenting classes including breastfeeding support, physio, and newborn bathing were very helpful and convenient. The only downside was the noise from doors opening and closing nearby, which could be clearly heard at times, but that’s to be expected in a busy maternity ward.

Despite these small things, I truly consider it a 5-star experienceBbecause of the exceptional care, professionalism, and warmth from every staff member. I felt safe, well cared for, and very supported during my stay.

WOW… amazing from admissions, concierge, our beautiful nurse on Paediatrics ward Adeline, to the wards people, even the ones not looking after my daughter, So friendly and approachable and professional.
I have been to many private hospitals around and in Sydney but this was the most amazing experience for my 8yr old daughters surgery #15 operation, and I can only say how beautiful, respectful, compassionate, professional and friendly everyone was.
I work in healthcare and it’s so great to see elsewhere what I strive to do everyday with my patients.

We would highly recommend Westmead Private Hospital. Firstly to thank our obstetrician (Dr.Ajantha Kasturi) for taking care and the salute to midwives 👏👏🫡.
We took care of this delivery without our family support but Westmead private hospital took care of us so well. During delivery, midwife Linda(Sry if I have named wrongly) she has taken care so well like mother🫡. Special mention to midwives Michelle & Jamie taking care of baby and mommy well.🫡
You are all on good hands if you are at this hospital.👍🙏
