Tracey is the best radiologist ever!! I was sooo nervous after meeting with my OB and I was so concerned about my baby's long bone. So I needed to exam my baby here. Tracey explained every part of my baby nice and kindly and answered all my questions. She made me relieved. So thankful.

It’s taken me a while to write this review—being a mum doesn’t leave much free time—so I apologise for the delay. I had the privilege of having Amar assigned to me through the midwife program. She wasn’t my first midwife, as my original assignment and I didn’t click, but Amar kindly took me on.

Amar was kind, sensitive, and thorough. She became like a best friend during my pregnancy, always there for me and ensuring I felt comfortable with every decision and action. It was clear that midwifery wasn’t just a job for her—it was a calling. Her passion for advocating for women truly shone through, and I feel so blessed to have had her support throughout my journey.

My pregnancy took an unexpected turn, and I ended up having an emergency C-section, which was an emotional experience (as I imagine many labours are). After the surgery, I was fortunate to have Kevin as my midwife in recovery. He was an absolute breath of fresh air—remarkable in every way.

Kevin was kind, supportive, and attentive, ensuring that both my husband and I had everything we needed during our stay. His genuine care made a challenging time so much easier to navigate. Unfortunately, we encountered some unpleasant staff members during our hospital stay, but Kevin’s incredible care more than made up for it.

A heartfelt thank you to Amar, Kevin, and Danielle. We are so grateful for everything you did for us and continue to do for others.

Oh and also thank you to Paula from the day unit down stairs, you're amazing!

The receptionist and the whole stuff are very rude my wife is pregnant with twins and they have treated us so badly to a point we are changing our hospital. They have very bad Communication they first told us they gonna call us for 16 week ultrasound we waited all week and when we called them they said they don’t do ultrasounds at the hospital a week before that my wife was told by the midwife she has been booked for a ultrasound and when we came in for our appointment the doctor seen us for 5 mins and left we were so lost and they told us your ultra sound isn’t booked . Long short story they are very bad at communicating with there patients . Liverpool hospital is better by far .

My wife and I were recent guests of Westmead for the delivery of our newborn son. The service throughout couldn't have been better. The mid-wives were all professional, warm, and caring. The nurses and the doctors were respectful and strong communicators. Our son had some complications at birth that led to him being admitted into NICU for a few days, which while stressful, was helped by the professionalism and dedication of all the staff. We'd very happily use Westmead again and recommend it to others.

The midwives treated badly and did not even care to listen to my problems. I had my c section on 19th april and they forced me to get discharged on 21st April in the morning when I wasnt able to walk properly. In the book, they mentioned the discharge date as 23rd April which was wrong. Phillis and Imaan were the 2 midwives who did not listen to my problems at all and my condition and just wanted me get out of the hospital no matter how painful it was for me. The midwives and the staff should treat all the patients fairly and kindly.
