After 8.5 years and 4 rounds of IVF our big little miracle arrived in April 2022. He makes my day every day even when he is being a terror. We saw Dr Howard Smith. I like his professionalism, empathy and friendliness. His answers to questions were truthful but never blunt and he always had evidence to back it up so I could consider it myself. Those of us who do ivf don't often want to hear the truth and I do believe irrespective of the evidence miracles happen but still nice to have a balanced decision making process. The egg collections were efficient and the doctors and nursing staff I met on those days always so friendly and relaxed. By choice, I was able to do the collections under local anaesthetic instead of being sedated as well. The only issue I had was getting the script for medications to start on time but I always got them on time to start even if it was close.

I want to thank everybody at WFC . Honestly my first time doing IVF & my experience was fantastic. This clinic made me feel comfortable and they made the whole process really easy . I love the why the clinic explained things and had a plan for me . All the drs and scientists who collect and help fertilise our eggs who help us start our families. I thank you all you are all amazing and appreciate all of you and the hard work. Too all the women who are on your own IVF journey I wish all the best and pray you all have healthy babies and start a family . Very happy with overall service at westmead fertility!
So happy with the all the staff, they are compassionate , respectful and professional .
I have also been to private clinics as well ,unfortunately apart of the hole in my pocket, my experience's were no where near as pleasant as at westmead fertility and I can say that this one is particularly my favourite, as
their process is also so smooth.
I had my first consult in 2021 and the support I received for my previous miscarriages I cannot explain !! I had my egg retrieval and conceived pretty much right away, even though I had eggs at a private clinic I feel that is the best choice I made to start fresh at westmead fertility .

I looked to the assistance of WFC after undergoing 3 years of chemotherapy and radiation for leukaemia and being told by my Haematologist that it would be highly unlikely that I would be able to conceive naturally.

I am so grateful that WFC were able to help me have a baby on my first cycle, completing my family with a son who is now 2 years old.

Fantastic experience for first time IVF. Nurses are all very caring in the way they share information - shout out to Jo, Linda, Mary, Steph.
The SMS communication was very easy and always received efficient follow up after blood tests and scans.
The system to scan in and out of the clinic made all the blood tests super easy (so I was able to validate parking within 15 minutes and get free parking :))
