Doctors are incredibly caring and smart. Dr Meghana, Dr Suhas, Dr Priya, Dr Dilshan and Dr Revanna - all I have visited through past 8 years of visiting this practice. Massive shoutout to nurse Suman, shes so caring and gentle- absolutely the primary care we all need. I have even had my iron infusion here, and I had the best experience ever. Easily booking appointments on hotdocs makes it even better. So thankful that I can see such skilled doctors and nurses. Reception staff make the whole process so much easier for us when we are sick.

As a regular at Westmead Doctors, I’m continually impressed by the exceptional care I receive, starting with the Admin staff,specially Jigisha. They’re simply outstanding—greeting me with a warm, friendly smile every visit that instantly makes me feel welcome. Their efficiency and genuine kindness in managing appointments and answering questions make every trip so smooth and pleasant. The doctors here are equally remarkable—thorough, compassionate, and always taking the time to listen and explain things clearly. I trust them completely with my care. And the pathology unit Marilou is absolutely top-notch! They’re quick, precise, and make the process seamless, which I really appreciate. Westmead Doctors is truly lucky to have such a wonderful team across the board—I’m grateful for them all every time I visit.

This experience I’ve been having for my little baby whose 10 months
I’m not sure why this nurse is still there at Westmead doctors.

She’s unprofessional
Firstly rude and doesn’t works keeps on chatting with receptionist ladies and laughing.

It’s because Dr Meghana is there we don’t have any other option to go anywhere else.

We have to wait long for getting our sons height and weight checked but she’ll just stand there and finish her gossiping. And we are fine with that too but after that she’ll be rude to us.
We don’t care how busy ( which definitely is not ) she need to learn to treat everyone with respect and politely.

We have been going to Westmead Doctors for over 8 years and they provide the best medical service we have ever received anywhere. Dr Bhargava provides excellent care for our family and we are thankful to her for taking care of our every small to complex medical requirements.
The reception staff and nurse are all excellent support and provide best support.

ZERO STAR ⭐️
Absolutely horrible experience at this clinic. Had to wait over an hour despite having an appointment. Me and my wife took leave from work to see a doctor, but after excessive delays, we were was asked to change doctors—completely wasting my time.

The reception staff were extremely unhelpful and rude, acting as if they were forced to work there. No professionalism, no courtesy, just an overall frustrating experience.

To make matters worse, when we later called to request my own pathology results, they outright refused to provide them and insisted we book another consultation, despite my legal right to access my own medical records.

Avoid this place if you value your time and basic respect as a patient.

I eco, other reviews. The feeling of frustration at the "clinic" is immensely powerful. You walk out not only feeling sick but then also depressed from the way you are treated. This practice might need a review. I try and avoid this place as much as I can. Not always possible. God help me the next time I drop by.

They have a zero tolerance sign up in the waiting room that is maddening in itself to see after spending an hour waiting when you have made an appointment and seeing the other "choosen" people walk straight into consultation.

After reading the other 1 star reviews. Nothing has changed in over three years. Unbelievable.
