Extremely disappointed.
Got quoted over $1,800 for an end of lease clean and am unsure what they spent 5 hours doing. The chemical used to clean the kitchen sink splashed onto the windowsill and blinds, and was left on there after they finished and left. Upon wiping with a wet sponge paint came off the windowsill and the colour came out the the blinds.
They did offer to come back and fix the job but I was unable to be at the property during business hours and after the damage done, and denied, I was not comfortable allowing them back in the house without being present.
Photos include damage to blind and windowsill vs a different windowsill that was not damaged- admittedly the windowsills at the property had a bit of paint chipping/cracking but we’re not nearly as bad as what has been done to it.
Photos of how they left the walls and light switches, and the same light switches after being wiped down with only a wet cloth by me.
