I used Jeff for my gallbladder removal last month. Whilst it was not the straightforward procedure we had hoped, Jeff managed the situation with utmost professionalism, skill and experience. The post operative care has been incredible, through his initial daily contact and thoroughness over not only the gallbladder but other abdominal issues that subsequently arose. Jeff's personable manner was, and still is, greatly appreciated by myself and my wife. We couldn't recommend Jeff highly enough. And a bonus is that Jeff is a no-gap provider.

They have been wonderful during my journey with gastric sleeve. Ruth and her team are amazing and make me feel good about myself and my journey. I had a panic attack and the Physcologist was great to reassure me that what I was feeling was all part of the course.

Had my surgery with Jeff in August and have honestly just been so happy with absolutely everything so far! I’m 3 months post op and 30 kg down!
They are seriously just such a good team with them pre booking appts, sending you appt reminders, getting everything ready for surgery (helped guide me through help with my super)! Jeff gave me his personal number after surgery incase I had any questions at all! I did infact ring him over what felt like some silly questions but he made me feel so comfortable and assured me nothing Is a silly question! They also have a InBody machine that helps track your Muscle/Fat which is really important in this journey! 10/10 would absolutely recommend Jeff to everybody considering the surgery! 🙂

I was a little apprehensive when I was referred to WSH a few years ago. I was made to feel very welcome and supported, by the surgeon (Dr Sue), the GP, the psych, everyone. I was a bit self conscious on my first visit, but this did not last long. This is a journey one needs to want to have happen. I was borderline diabetic, had low level high blood pressure and many other minor problems. Since surgery I have lost about 50 kilos and I can actually ride my bicycle. (I actually have 4, working on 5, but that’s another story.) I look forward to climbing hills, not just riding down them! If anyone ever wanted a recommendation for weight loss surgery and the pitfalls along the way, I’m very happy to talk to them about it. Highly recommended, I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

A woman I met recently told me she now suffers from severe vomitting and seizures following the gastric sleeve surgery she had with Hamdorf. They reimbursed her for the procedure but her quality of life is non-existent. She is currently in the process of taking legal action.

Very disappointed!
Reception is not professional at all!
I had an appointment at 2pm 16th/July .
But Reception called my bf canceled the appointment at 12 pm 16th/July.
Reception should tell us early.
We changed shift for this appointment before.
Then we had second appointment at 3pm 30th /July .Reception told us to be here waiting a call outside .When we came here,we realized that we had a face to face video.
By the way the doctor is nice but I will never come back.

Jeff was amazing, so caring and excellent bedside manner. 18 months later can hardly see the scars. The ongoing care by the team has also been fabulous
