What a wonderful service. I arrived early but was taken to the examination room immediately. Everyone there is so relaxed and friendly .... it's so obvious the staff and doctors genuinely care about people. Test procedures went exactly as described at the booking visit. For a medical place which is never fun to visit or wait in this clinic makes all the efforts to remove any uncertainty and stress by getting on with the tests efficiently and quickly.

Awful service. The receptionist left 3 three missed calls in a row, asking if i could come in with 30 minute notice for a cancelled appointment despite me being at work. She calls again the next day asking to change my appointment to a later date due to no stock of injections for bone CT scan. Two days later the receptionists call after 4pm telling me I have to go in on two separate days because the "computer for the scan isn't working" for the original scheduled appointment. I have received calls from this centre everyday for a week requesting to change my appointments. They have awful organisation skills, don't waste your time at WESTERN NUCLEAR MEDICINE!!
