This is the most horrible medical centre the receptionist we'rent accomodating very rude to talk over the phone they only care for money not for the real issue of patient as well as dr. Umali known as dr. Medical cert

The doctors here are very knowledgeable and very thorough - Dr Sone and Dr Loida particularly, provide really good care. The receptionists on the other hand are extremely unwelcoming and make you feel very uncomfortable. I came to reception to check in for my appointment and the receptionist gave me such a nasty look as if she was being bothered by it. It was as if checking in patients was not part of her everyday work as a receptionist.. This is not the first time this has happened, almost every single time my family attends this practice, the receptionists are beyond rude. On a rare occasion, they'll be nice to you but most of the time it's just not a good experience at all.

Reception staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I came for a Lab Test, not told during Telehealth that I have to print the request that was emailed to me after the appointment. Staff with initial AR today 20/9/2023 8:00 am was so rude and keeps telling me that it is time consuming to look for the printed request copy. I showed the digital copy from email and asked if I could email to her so she can print, but keeps winging how so much time will be wasted. I told her that I wasn't told that printed copy is needed when I come in so I didn't bring one. I was upset how she keeps going on with the winging even if there is other patient in the reception. People come to medical center because they are not well or something is going on with them, the least they could do is show care and RESPECT. The receptionist is also a Nurse, so am I, the way she practiced her profession is unacceptable. Cleaners where I worked behaved better than her...

My family and I have been attending this clinic for over 13 years. All the staff are very helpful, sincere and care for the wellbeing of all patients. As they are always trying their very best to accommodate each and everyone of us, including walkin. There have been times when we've waited up to 2 hrs which is expected during very peak times. But, you must understand this is a minor issue when it comes to getting excellent care. The clinic has a Dentist, Skin specialist, Pathology and psychologist all in the comfort in the one building. What more can you ask for. Those who post negative feedback, you must remember that this is their OPINION not a FACT. Keep up the great work that loyal customers appreciate.

Dr Herrero is the most caring doctor you can find. The wait can be very long but when it is your turn, you can discuss all your concerns and you will not be hurried. You can leave her clinic with multiple tests and referrals to be sure everything is covered.
If you want on-time appointments, this probably wont work for you since some patients take 15-30 mins consultations and would push everybody's schedule further.
