Good doctor but bad management. I called ahead of time, the nurse told me that its slow down and I can come now. I got there and waited 2 hours.
She could've told me it was busy so I would just make an appointment. Very bad attitude when other patients asked her about how long is the wait too.

Horrible staff. Waited over 2 hours for my son who had a bad ear infection. This place was good when it had two doctors not just one. They shouldn't take walk-ins if they going to take appointments first. The sign outside is very misleading.

its better than running to the ER if you can help it. Dr Mau is highly intelligent, considerate and concerned. He actually listens and lets you have some input in your own care.... i mean if its super busy he might seem rushed but if you have questions he will take the time. Just ask for what you know you need and what works for you. Hes usually obliging.

Dr. Tilton... not so much. Hes ok. But for sure not my first choice by far. He is pretty nice though. But hardly a requirement for choosing a doctor.

The front desk is horrible even when you call they have an attitude. Dr My is amazing tho so I just drive to canal location to get better service
