I have always loved the team there as a family GP, but I had an unpleasant treatment at the reception. This was not the lovely ladies I met at this practise as usual. when I arrived at the clinic forgot wearing my mask, she told me: you need a mask, get a mask at the pharmacy and come back! I have no issue with wearing mask at all understanding it’s good practise especially at a clinic environment to protect the medical practitioners and patients. But would that more reasonable to provide a mask in case pt forgets rather than asking pt to go somewhere else to get it in an arrogant manner?

I don't know who that "rude receptionist" could possibly be, as I've been going to this Practice for many years and met them all and never had a rude one yet. Someone's obviously fussy! A great practice, time and caring generously given.

Honestly disgraced i was really busting and need to pee as i have a medical condition
Receptionist simply said this isnt a public toilet
To me it shows how much regard they have for peoples health ill never recommend this place
