I have been going to West End Pharmacy now for over 15 years.
Hahn, and her team have always been wonderful to deal with. They have always treated me with respect and dignity and have always found time to say hello to me no matter how busy they are.
Anytime that I get a new medication they explain what it is and the best way to take it.
If I ever have any questions about my medications they are always happy to answer them no matter how silly the questions may seem
A few years ago when I was unwell Hahn arranged to have my medications delivered to me at home at no cost.
I would never consider going elsewhere for my medications.

My elderly father was struggling to manage his multiple medications and I was desperately seeking a local pharmacy to organise blister packs for him. It was the weekend and West End Pharmacy was near closing but the pharmacist was happy to wait past closing til I could get there. Ever since the staff have been so helpful - sorting my dad's constantly changing meds, planning ahead to make sure he doesn't run out, liaising with the hospital and doctors, and checking my father is ok, even after hours. The pharmacist and her staff are not only knowledgeable and highly efficient, they are compassionate and caring. Thank you for your amazing service! 💛
