Dr Layla is extremely knowledgeable and has amazing communication.
One of the best doctors I have ever seen, she keeps a listening ear and is a doctor that wants all the information possible even if it seems insignificant so she can put the whole image together to better your level of care.
So thankful I found a doctor like her.

Won’t take walk in’s during Christmas holidays. These doctors probably don’t know who Jesus is! I guess i’ll do some suffering. So i made an appointment and got rushed to their emergency care by the Dr. She said why didn’t i come in earlier! The emergency team were great though. They reply to this review saying…
They don’t have my records and i’ve been coming here for 55 years!
Another review…
Waited over 2 months for a mental health appointment only to be told on the day the Dr wasn’t available and i had to rebook in 3 months later! Too bad if i self harm in the meantime. Crazy not to have openings for mental health.

I went to urgent care. I was quite ill but not serious enough to warrant a trip to the hospital and they looked after me amazingly.

They have the facilities for doing tests, giving cannulas and all sorts of minor things like you'd find in an emergency room just with a lot less of a wait time.

I had a consultation with a nurse & doctor and both were great, they were very thorough so I felt confident that nothing was missed.

This place was great and I think more urgent care centres should be set up to ease the pressure on our hospitals.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. On November 25, I had a pathology test, and the GP told me the results would be available within a week. However, as of December 6, I still haven’t received any SMS or phone call notification. This morning, I called the clinic’s reception to ask if the report was ready, and the entire process was frustrating and unhelpful.

1)Unhelpful and uninformative reception staff: I only asked whether the report was ready, but the receptionist claimed her system didn’t have access to that information. She couldn’t tell me whether I would be notified when the report was ready, saying it depended on the testing lab’s process. When I asked for the lab’s contact details, she initially said she didn’t know. Only after I repeatedly insisted did she reluctantly provide the lab's name, but no phone number, so I had to look it up myself.

2)Testing lab process: When I contacted the lab, their automated system informed me that all reports are sent directly to the referring doctor, and patients cannot inquire about results directly. The clinic had never clarified this, which wasted even more of my time.

3)Doctors’ availability: I called the clinic again and requested the receptionist escalate this to the doctor. She told me all the doctors were fully booked today and the only option was to book an appointment. Evan though what I requested was just a quick confirmation about whether my report is ready, she refused to do it. I asked what happens if I book an appointment but the results are still not ready—will they refund me? She replied with, “I don’t know.”

I am left wondering: what does the clinic staff actually know? As a healthcare provider, this lack of transparency and responsibility is unacceptable. I have been waiting 12 days with no results and no proactive communication or support. To make matters worse, their consultation fee is $80, which my student insurance barely covers. For such a high price, the quality of service is shockingly poor. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this clinic.

WENTWORTHVILLE MEDICAL & DENTAL CENTRE - DISINTERESTED RECEPTIONISTS & A CLUNKY PHONE SYSTEM
I wish to express my utter despair and disappointment with the receptionists and phone system at the Wentworthville Medical & Dental Centre. The amount of time a patient has to either wait standing in the queue to receive attention either in the Centre or on the phone is beyond a joke. This afternoon I missed a very important call from my doctor, so I decided to phone the Centre back. A phone message told me that I was number 1 in the queue and I then waited over 25 minutes to be answered, only to be told that my doctor had gone home in the meantime!
I have experienced this same scenario with the wait time on the phone or standing in the queue at the Centre. I am always given the same excuses that they are either understaffed or supposedly very busy. But observing the reception staff in the Centre, I have noticed time and time again, staff just chatting to each other, going in and out of the office door behind them doing the same, anything but providing service to the patients waiting in the queue. All the while the queue line gets longer and longer. This gives the observer the impression that they simply don't care about the patients' needs. And I can only guess that the same attitude flows over to answering the phone in a timely manner.
It is about time that the Centre Management takes each receptionist aside and talks to them about putting the patient first and how to treat them as people, not just numbers. When it is all boiled down, if there were no patients, these receptionists would not have job. Surely things can be done better than what is currently being presented.

Nurse Gordon made my experience memorable. I will never forget a good nurse. He deserves the best, for his down to earth nature. He is real and genuine. He is the representation of what a good nurse should be. I’ve encountered a lot of bad nurses and doctors, but Gordon is a diamond in the rough!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The lack of professionalism in the pathology department is appalling. When I asked about the status of the person I was with, the staff simply stated that she was "next," yet she was still made to wait over two hours whilst fasting. This is completely unacceptable. Additionally, with two nurses working in one room, opening another room and having more trained knowledgeable nurses who speak proper English would be beneficial.
