Yeah not the best experience here. Original had booked an over the phone appointment for 4pm. Come 4:30pm, no calls. Was in the area so popped in, told the receptionist of the original appointment, was asked to sit down. Wasn’t seen till around 5:30pm (keep in mind the clinic supposedly closes at 5pm).

Consistently waiting more than 10 minutes and having patients who arrived after me being seen by my doc before me. Appointment is for X, not Y or Z. Edit 7/11/24: I can't even make an appointment to get a blood test done! Kinda need that to take that info the endocrinologist!

Don’t recommend at all!!
Found this place online, open on Sundays, “accepting new patients”.
Went there, signage on the glass says “new patients welcome”. Went inside 1 person waiting and told “not accepting new patients, go here”. Questioned the signage at the front and told it was over 10 years old (definitely doesn’t look over 10 years old) and I also questioned why it says it online, which I was ignored.

Worst medical centre at Logan.

Wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and someone came requested to Doctor Khondoker and allowed him even he's behind my que.

It's better for refugees people only.
