I've been coming to Wellwood for a while now, and I can't express how truly fantastic it is! Every instructor is simply amazing. They not only possess a deep knowledge of pilates and how the body works, but also have an incredible ability to motivate and guide you through every class. Their attention to detail and focus on form is unparalleled. They take the time to understand your goals and limitations, and ensure every class is tailored to suit your individual abilities. I've even brought others along to help rehabilitate knees and the progress we've seen has been amazing!

The positive and supportive atmosphere created by both the instructors and other members is so welcoming. You can come and enjoy class and have a laugh, or you have space to get in and focus on your workout. I've made some lovely friends since coming here and I look forward to seeing them and the instructors every single time. It's not just a place to exercise; it's a place to connect, grow, and achieve your wellness goals.

I have been going here for a few years now and always recommend to anyone looking for a reformer pilates class. I have recently started a smaller class and love it.

The staff are lovely, easy to book on the app and well priced classes.
They also do community classes for $5 for the so there is something for everyone looking for a pilates option.

Love this place and the great range of classes to choose from. It’s quite affordable which is also a massive plus. Every instructor and the staff have alway been so kind and helpful. It really feels like home 🙂 my favourite is Saturday 8am Yoga with Liam but honestly all the classes are great.

We have recently hired this amazing venue for an event over four days. Lucy was so helpful from when we first considered using the venue right through until we were finished. Had a pregnancy relaxation massage with Emma today. The facilities were clean and very nicely presented. One of the best massages I have had in a while and Emma was amazing to talk to during the service. Highly recommend this place.
