I get on and off treatment from Vincent as needed and have been a client for many years. The practice is welcoming, the practitioners very professional and good, working towards resolution of problems in reasonable time. Even if I don’t need treatment for a long time, when I do and return I am receiving excellent and personalised treatment offering that continuity of what works for each individual. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, Vincent has fixed my episodes of musculoskeletal crises that more or less my not so smart sometimes activities or posture caused. Every time immediate improvement is achieved and very progressive recovery with treatment regime. As a lead physio I know Vincent has a team of extremely talented and experienced physicians, excellent response time and fantastic care for their patients. Highly recommend

Vincent was very nice however the young lady in the reception not behaved and professional with clients.she is not helpful when people needs assistance. if any documents needs to be checked its her job to ask people at the beginning not to make any excuses to charge money at the end of the session . No one knows the rules in different organisations .(please learn specially in Au people like to help each others not refusing !!!!! )
Thats very sad to see this lady in this health office with no knowledge and experience for being as a customer service
