Vince has been instrumental in my Onero training journey. He is a caring, knowledgeable and encouraging trainer and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their bone density thru the Onero exercise program.

I have been a member of Avanti over 50s gym in Melbourne since it was opened early in 2024 and this is where I met Vincent.
Vincent was very helpful with my exercises that were required as I am in my 70s & generally slowing down.
Soon after joining my Dr sent me off for a bone density test ( at my age she thought it was a good idea) I was shocked when my results came back informing me I had both Osteoporosis & Ostopaenia. I spoke to Vincent about it @ the gym after seeing my results which were high but definitely there. Vincent was helpful with which exercises would help most and also gave me information
about the Onero program & I have been happily using it ever since in conjunction with my regular gym exercises. As Vincent is a Physiologist, the sessions with the Onero program can be claimed on PHF extras I am more than happy with this. I am also confident I am not going to injure myself with unsuitable exercises which can be a problem if you are not well supervised. Vincent is very patient and helpful to people who are new to sporting activities & injuries. I would happily recommend Vincent's supervision to anyone unfamiliar to which muscles and exercises are needed to help their particular problems.
I am very pleased to hear Vincent is opening WellnessMe Health in WA and sure that he will continue to help people
as he was able to do in Melbourne.

I attended ONERO classes offered by Vince for 9 months while he was in Melbourne. Vince is very patient and extremely knowledgeable when delivering the ONERO program. As a 71-year old, he was able to relate to my needs and provide the appropriate advice and support. The ONERO program has helped me with my balance, strength and bone density.
I would highly recommend Vince.

As a trained Exercise Physiologist, Vincent Nowell-Giles worked with my Onero classes at Avanti, Spotswood. I personally really appreciated his care and professionalism, his expertise and constant practical help.
Prior to Vincent I had a female EP and was uncertain about changing from a female instructor but Vincent's professionalism very quickly put my concerns to rest.
