"Had an incredible experience at the Wellness and Recovery Haus Kiama. The new renovations are sensational, WOW! The atmosphere was calming and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The float therapy session was the perfect way to relax and unwind. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene wellness escape!"

I booked in for a lymphatic drainage and wanted to switch to remedial last minute. Even though the person I booked performed both they refused to provide the service, saying they only provide one type of massage on a Saturday. Then took the last minute cancellation fee.

In response to the owner's reply, most of the details are accurate, except for one point: the disability was irrelevant in the context of the massage. There were no physical limitations affecting the service, and no difficulty in communicating needs. The team was aware of this.

Following my review, I received three phone calls, a lengthy text message, and an email sent both to me and the person who gifted the massage. Despite me stating after the first call that I was content with my review, the business continued to pressure me to change it. This behavior from the Wellness and Recovery Haus team feels like harassment, which is unfortunate for what should be a wellness-focused business.

We've had several floats here now, and each one seems to get better than the last as you learn to reach that level of relaxation quicker.

Highly recommend for first-time floaters as they run you through absolutely everything before you hop in, ensuring you're comfortable.
