Ellie is the best instructor out there. She is the perfect mix of will push you hard but super caring. I don’t want to sell her power classes too much because wouldn’t want them to book out, but obsessed with how she trains. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Reformer Pilates & Yoga studio. My favourite clases are Power Pilates and Yoga. The studio is clean and has a warm and soothing vibe. Location is down the alleyway and up the stairs.

The yoga Fundamentals class is very good for people who are just beginning yoga. I have tried yoga before and found it too difficult so I stopped attending, this place made me want to come back again because it wasn’t too difficult to learn or hold positions. I love the loft style yoga room. It feels very personal!

the classes itself are good however i don’t agree with the policies of cancelation they have in place. If you late cancel a class with a waiting list or that is full then why should you get charged $10 late cancellation fee if someone will fill your spot anyway? you’re already paying a membership fee so why charge ? even if the class isn’t full i don’t see why it’s necessary to charge a late fee?
Also there should be membership for only using the reformer/yoga classes excluding the gym . shouldn’t have to pay for something you don’t use .

Largely a pilates centre. Hardly any yoga classes are offered, and if they are, they book up very quickly, or are at inconvenient times for those not working locally. They got rid of a great yoga class and instructor in favour of another pilates class. Disappointing.

I started doing reformer Pilates a few months ago and can feel the difference,This is a very clean, fresh and friendly studio, the instructors are informative, friendly accommodation to every level, as a customer I feel very safe and welcome.
