Before meeting Anunza I didn’t know what kinesiology was exactly, but every session I had with her was such an eye opener to how my body was storing emotions and how it was holding me back in ways I had no idea about!
Working with her made me realise my body has so much wisdom that I was completely disconnected from and this realisation has helped my healing journey immensely.
Some sessions we would just go with the flow and see what came up, and other sessions I had specific things I wanted to focus on, but either way I always left her studio feeling lighter and peaceful.
The safety she creates in her studio for deep emotional release is amazing and her ability to hold space without judgement is a gift she gave me every session.
I can not recommend her highly enough, I am blessed to have crossed paths with this gifted woman ❤️

I came to Anunza with a heavy burden and an 3 week injury that was attained on holidays. Working with Anunza we got down to the core issue of my problem and she applied the healing required. 3 days later I feel so much better and am able to walk the most I’ve walked in the 3 weeks.
