Their services are very terrible, I have already fulled vaccination there, but they didn't update my history statement of my vaccine on myGov. So I couldn't get the booster now. When I have requested them help me update that they don't do that and they disclaims all responsibility.

Xin phép cho 1 sao không phải vì Bs Tâm không tốt mà vì thái độ nói chuyện với bệnh nhân của một chị gái thư ký nào đó mình không biết tên. Sáng nay ngày 6/10/2023 lúc 9:45 mình có gọi vào phòng khám để hỏi book gặp bắc sĩ thì có 1 chị thư ký trả lời điện thoại và chị nói chuyện rất thái độ và kì cục.
Đầu tiên chị hỏi mình có medicare không thì mình trả lời dạ em có! Xong chị nhấn mạnh với mình là có biết medicare là cái gì không? Lúc này thì mình cảm thấy hơi khó chịu với câu hỏi vô duyên như thế, mình mới nói là em là người ở Úc có quốc tịch lâu rồi nên phải biết chứ, thì chị nói ừ tại nhiều đứa du học sinh hay nhầm medicare với insurance! Rồi chị hỏi tiếp là em có hồ sơ ở đây chưa? Thì mình chưa có nên chị này kêu vậy thì tới làm hồ sơ mà nói trước là có medicare thì cũng phải trả tiền blah blah, thái độ như mình muốn đi khám free hay sao ấy trời! Mình thấy vậy nên bảo thế để e xem lại rồi gọi lại sau vì mình thấy hơi khó chịu rồi nên cũng không muốn book nữa. Xong chị này còn nói này kia xong Bye 1 câu rất cọc luôn. Ủa chị là thư ký phòng khám chứ đâu phải giám đốc bệnh viện mà thái độ trịch thượng với người VN với nhau chi vậy?
