I have attended this clinic twice with two different psychologists. Unfortunately this practice does not seem to hire professionals that are of high quality. One of the psychologists questioned if I was “making it up” after mentioning struggles with disordered eating and the second psychologist spent a whole hour making up her questions to me on the fly (displaying complete incompetence) and continued to just repeat what I just stated.
This is not worth your time / money / emotional well-being. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Is sad to a clinic that should be helpful for mental health, they worried more about your money. I tried to cancel my appointment as I go flu symptoms over the weekend and I couldn't cancel the appointment because the place was close for.long weekend . Today I woke up with high fever, I went to me medical centre and I told them that I was sick and they say that if I don't show to the appointment they still will charge the $197 for the appointment, so they didn't care that I was sick and I had to go to the appointment for don't lost the money because they said that they will charge the amount for the appointment if I show or not show.. horrible, unfriendly and not humanity on this place.
I wouldn't recommend this place and i will no go back.

DO NOT ATTEND. I had to cancel and appointment due to issues with my child which prevented me from going and now they are hassling me for the payment. I get phone calls and letters with deadlines threatening legal action and debt collection if it isn't paid.

For an organisation which claims to be about wellbeing they sure they understand or help your situation by adding financial stress. I spoke to staff and they were unfriendly and not understanding at all.

I do not recommend them at all and even staff are not happy there. You will end up in a worse mental state after attending which is ironic.

I would give zero stars if it were an option.
