Dr. Shah is truly exceptional—he’s caring, attentive, and follows up diligently, demonstrating his genuine concern for his patients. The receptionist and nurse are also very kind and accommodating. I recently switched from another practice and I’m very happy.

I called this health service and spoke with the receptionist on 5th June 2024 at 09.59 am. I called about an NDIS participant-X. He has been living in the same building as the health service clinic. X has asked me to book an appt to see the doctor whose clinic is just at the corner. X has been in bed for the last 5 years, he is a very unwell man and has MS. He is bedridden for a few years. Only mobility he has is that he gets transferred to his electronic wheelchair and sees the doctor. I am his support coordinator. I have called the office today and spoke with the receptionist who just said that the doctors are very busy and they will not look after X.I asked her if she can see in her records if X have seen any doctor at the clinic. She was rude but then said no. So I asked her if X could see the doctor tomorrow-6th June 2024 but she refused stating that the doctors were too busy. Firstly I understand anyone can refuse the medical treatment given to the client but when you are providing services then it is nice to speak with people nicely. I am a healthcare professional as well. I don't treat people in a way that this receptionist and the doctor did. Furthermore, later the same day, I received a call from Dr Sanjiv Shah at 1320hrs calling me and shouting at me as to what I said to his receptionist. Dr Shah was so rude and basically told me off and didn't even listen to me as to what I had to say to him. If the Medical Officer has time to call a person who screams and shouts, is rude, and show authority towards a person who just call to seek some information, then how would he be able to treat sick individual who comes to his clinic. He didn't allow me to explain and spoke over me and not let me to say anything. This doctor needs to speak to me or any other general public nicely and provide the service that they can. I called another medical center in Merrylands who were so nice and assisted me in making an appointment with the doctor tomorrow. I think this health service provider, Dr Shah, and the receptionist need to change their attitudes and needs to understand how to deal with clients or the general public.

I’ve been visiting Well Health Hub for a while now. After search Merrylands and going through many doctors, I finally found Dr Shah. What an amazing doctor, he is patient, listens to your concerns, empathetic and does his best to get you back to your full health. From the kind nurses, to the lovely receptionist Ruby and Leyli, thank you for looking after not only myself, but our entire family. Highly recommend.

I cannot fault this practice, I've been seeing Dr Shah as well as pathology for a while now. The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. All the Drs and pathology staff are amazing, I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Very friendly Medical Centre I’ve been visiting for the past 3 years with my children no issues Dr Shah and Dr Patel are very professional. The receptionists Ruby and Leyli are very helpful also the pathology lady Robyn is amazing with blood collect.

Dr Shah has been my GP for many years and has always been kind, patient and thorough. I trust him with my health and the health of my children. Even when I don't have an appointment with him (such as taking kids for vaccinations) he still takes the time to check in with me. To be able to have a bulk billed GP who knows my medical history thoroughly and never makes the consultation feel rushed is a real privilege.
The nurses have always been great too. If struggling with receptionists on the phone, I have found emailing can make things much easier to ask for an appointment.

I recently attended Well Health Hub, I found the receptionist to be extremely friendly and helpful. I had an ear infection and was treated by Dr Shah. I found Dr Shah to be professional, thorough, attentive and empathetic; he was able to help me when previous GP's did not. I highly recommend both Dr Shah and this medical centre. Thank you
