I highly recommend Well Adjusted Osteopathy, in particular, Nick. I have seen all the osteopaths over the years and they are all excellent. They are holistic in their approach and don't just work on the area of pain but look at other areas affected. Treatment is effective and they know their stuff.
I want to give a big shout out to Nick, who is not only an excellent osteopath, but he encouraged me to seek medical advice in case I had a blood clot. I was convinced I wouldn't have a clot as I had been mobile and I had lots of reasons for muscle pain in my calf. I went to my gp and although he couldn't see any issues, he referred me for an ultrasound just in case. Turns out I have a very big DVT in my calf that I would have taken much longer to find (and possibly in a much more scary way). I'm so grateful, Nick! Thank you.

I highly recommend Nick Beram and Well Adjusted Osteopathy. Nick takes the time to listen and work out what the problem is. Treatment is well explained and you get to spend enough time receiving that treatment without feeling rushed. He is knowledgeable and explains exercises and their role in managing your recovery clearly and simply which means you are more likely to do the exercises and do them properly. My hip and leg pain has improved out of sight since working with Nick. Value for money for sure! I only wish I had gone there sooner. If you are in pain make that appointment, you won't regret it.

I have seen Nick for many problems the last few years, including chronic pain, hip problems, rolled ankles and other injuries. He always helps so much and refers me on to a good expert when something is outside his remit. Last visit was no exception! I had come in to see him as my knee was aching. Within a few minutes of asking questions he recommended that I see my GP to see if they could rule out a blood clot before he did any work on it. Sure enough, had a scan and found a 12" DVT. I can't thank him enough for what he does, but more so, knowing when to ask more questions or get a better look with a scan. He's a life saver.

I have been seeing Ali for years who has always fixed everything I’ve been able to throw at her. Recently I got a massage from the wonderful Zara who is such an incredible addition to the Well Adjusted team. Zara completely released all of my upper body tightness and had such a professional and kind approach to the consultation and session. Will definitely go back for another amazing massage, and to continue to support the fantastic Well Adjusted team.

I normally see Alison but today saw Tom who was wonderful! While he had a different technique to Ali, was also very caring and attentive, but he was incredibly gentle. I've booked a 2nd appointment with Tom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I have been seen by both Tom and Alison. They are both very professional, experienced and super personable.
Tom is very gentle, in tune and willing to find the best way for your body to respond to the treatment.
Ali is incredible strong and in tune with the movements of your body, and has the best interest of her patience, referring you to Tom as a more gentle option or other services that you might require or find beneficial in your life.
