While I am happy with the doctors service I am quite upset with the admin, I was told short consults are up to 10mins and while I was only in there 6 mins the admin wanted to charge me a standard consult, and when I asked about being under 10mins and pointed to the board outlining the price she gave me a discount and charge me $60. I told her if they don't ever charge short consult they should amend the board and she said they will never amend the board pricing. More transparency regarding the pricing needs to be outlined so patients are aware of what they are paying.

Fast and friendly staff. Doctor was really good. It didn't feel like they were trying to get rid of me to get to their next patient. I have seen a lot of doctors and most are just like production lines. They want you in and out as fast as possible. I am happy to say that this was not my experience with this doctor. He checked me over and listened to my concerns. I think I have finally found my new doctor. Very happy.

We have been going to this medical practice for a while now after having this practice recommended and we are so pleased to have found it.
The reception staff are so organised and helpful. Dr Sandy Lee is the main doctor that we see and I love the fact that she is so thorough and professional, her caring manner has given me confidence in leaving my health in her hands. In addition to having a friendly and kind bedside manner. The nurse Angus is always so helpful and kind. His warm and friendly manner puts you at ease.
Really can't recommend a better place.

Called to book a whooping cough vaccine. The receptionist quoted a $37 gap fee but failed to inform me that I had to buy the vaccine ($40) from the chemist first, which means the total cost is a lot more than what I could've paid had I gotten it done at a chemist. Poor communication.

We changed to We Care Medical Center from another doctor. Had the chance to have a first visit with Dr. Tabinga yesterday along with my elderly mother. I found him to be most courteous, professional and knowledgeable and was very satisfied with his approach. Thanks for the kind service.

Only Dr Tabinga is good. There is one receptionist who is absolutely arrogant. Doesn't follow queue numbers and takes patients anyhow and then says the patient is an emergency...they were happily outside talking and laughing. If emergency it's not the place to go. DR Sandy Lee was the GP who decides to take some other patient inside who was happily talking and laughing outside saying its an emergency case. Wonder how the patient was sitting outside and waiting when it's an emergency and nobody did anything...GP clinics aren't for emergency handling.

Clean and inviting waiting area and friendly Receptionist. I booked online which made searching for a suitable time easy. Being able to fill in the new patient forms online made attending the appointment hasslefree. Dr Lee was informative and thorough with the skin check and happy to chat through other general health as well which I found really helpful. A great new practice in the local area. Thanks team.

I booked my young daughter in for a flu shot here this week and it was proving difficult for the nurse as my daughter kept jerking her arm away. One of the doctors came in and assisted whilst I still held her and the nurse played a video on her phone to help distract her. All staff were kind and patient and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one. I will definitely recommend this practice to others.
