Dr Menon was my lifesaver. He listened and was knowledgeable. He provided the acute care and direction I needed along with the long-term care and support to stabilise and then to recover. Dr Menon put me and my health as the first priority as I dealt with a significant workplace related injury. I highly recommend this practice.

I went to see him last year for depression and anxiety after my GP referred me. He ended up breaking confidentiality laws (which he should have gone over, but I'm aware of from past councillors) and told my mother a majority of what I told him during the session. Also said I needed to gain a load of weight to get me into a certain BMI range despite my current weight not causing any issues (all stemming from another condition I have). I don't recommend him if you value your privacy :/

I met Dr Menon after being referred from my Gp.
Where to start after injuring myself in a work accident where my shoulder was pulled from its socket I had to have surgery, 3 screws and cords it’s sort of fixed , the company which I worked for deemed it was unsafe for me to return to work and was let go under medical reasons. If you asked me prior to all of this mental illness I would have laughed ,I was an alpha male take a teaspoon of cement and harden up. But after a battle with a large company my mental health was at its worst , that was when I met Dr menon we worked together with medication and his wisdom got me back on track over 12 months , you have to be honest he has a great approach and calls it how it is .Over time I got off all medication and I am coping not the man I was probably a better one today . Don’t be like me ask for help early on too proud or not the manly thing to do is over in this day and age. Dr Menon and his team are the most processional and discreet team I have met . I highly recommend don’t delay reach out to them today .many thanks to your great team Stephen Doblo.

I’ve found Dr Menon to be a very skilled capable Dr. His care to me started at the reception right through to each subsequent appointment. I really needed his support, guidance and care to deal with a lot going on in my life at that time. He was professional in his approach and ‘sorted’ me pretty quickly. Over the past 5 months it has been a great experience and commend him and his office team for getting back to me when I emailed as well as each appointment. His flexibility towards in-person or telehealth was great so that it met my needs and what was happening in my life. Thank you for all this. I am so appreciative.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr Pramod Menon for over 2 years now at the WeCare Clinic in Rockhampton.

When I first met Dr Menon I was not in a good state having been referred to him by my GP.

Following Dr Menon's advice and treatment my condition has improved dramatically and has since stabilised. His approach has been excellent and the treatment very successful. I continue to visit Dr Menon every 3 months and intend to continue in the future.

The doctor is backed up with very helpful and efficient staff at the front desk. They are always receptive, helpful, friendly and kind. Often there are administrative tasks (forms etc.) that I require for Insurance purposes etc. and these are always followed up quickly when requested.

For anyone struggling with mental health issues I could not recommend Dr Menon and his staff more highly.
