Becca the front desk is really helpful and friendly, the skin therapist who did my facial also very experienced and patience with me. I can tell by her touch she’s experienced, and I was right, she’s been doing beauty treatments for 20 years! Wow. it was very relaxing facial. Thanks wax it team!

Do not go here .
I left with wax still on and burns for the next 3 weeks .
I was left extremley disappointed as I was hopeful for another amazing local shop .

It has taken me over a year to get up the courage to post a review because of how this entire situation went down .
But i do not want anyone else to leave with burns or welts .

I called to complain and let them know what had happened I was told I had to come in for them to look at it .

Which I did and then spent the next 20 minutes being told that's what happens in the winter , that was my skin type.the manager admitted it was a rushed job where the beautician obviously had not taken enough care and made mistakes .

I asked for my money back and was told no they would only give me a credit to be used in store .

A friend explained I did not want a credit and the women turned and snapped at my friend to be quiet as it was not her concern .

I explained I had asked my friend to come and support me and that she was correct I wanted my money back and did not want a credit as I was never coming back to this store .

The women refused . Acknowledge there had been a mistake . But that I would only get a credit .
And I left to attend my friends wedding with burns and welts all up my arms .

This place is extremley expensive and not good quality .

I always go back.Olga is absolutely fantastic and a great asset to the Darwin team. He and the her team nail every service as if it was the first. Spettially being a walk in place. it's a awesome experience with wax It. I would like to samply say It is one of the best in Darwin . The staff and reception lady were very polite and comfortable they were always explain each and everything regarding to the skin and treatments.The staff were very professional and very quick.Thank you wax It.

Had an amazing ‘pick me up’ 15 minute hydration facial after work today whilst getting my eyebrows shaped and tinted. What a way to end a difficult week, feeling fantastic! Thanks to Natty for the facial and waxing and the whole team at WAXIT for always being professional and making me feel awesome.
