Fabulous doctors, nurse, reception staff & pathology service.
I've been seeing Dr Weng for more than 20 years, she as a doctor is outstanding. Caring efficent & very knowledgeable in all subjects regarding my health. I've also on occasion needed to see the other doctors in the clinic, all of them fabulous.
The reception staff are brilliant and have assisted me on many occasions with various issues no matter how busy they are.
I am indebted to all who work at Waverley Police Road Medical Centre. Thankyou 😊

Dr Jennifer is an amazing Doctor. Caring and gives you the time without pushing you out the door like other Dr's do. I trust her with my health 100% and I would wait for hours if I had to because I know the way she takes care of me, the same way she takes care of all her patients. When people complaint about waiting times obviously they have no idea what happens in a Drs room and why they are running late. Because they give the time that every patient deserves looking after their health.

Dr Hong was the very first GP I ever saw as a New Arrival in Australia. Although I have had consults with other physicians at the same clinic (because he was booked out/unavailable), Dr Hong has always remained my preferred choice.
He is always professional, mindful, thorough & importantly for me, non-judgmental in his diagnostic approach. I appreciate that he neither rushes the appointment nor shies away from an investigation & always demonstrates genuine care for my wellbeing.

Dr Alex rang me today because he cares. I did not post a positive review and after a frank discussion with him I realise I was wrong. I also spoke with the practice manager and explained to her how I really believe that doctor Alex is an excellent doctor. Doctors to are people with feelings trying to do their best by many people and people should always think before posting negative reviews. Always speak with the Doctor first about issues you might have. I look forward to seeing Dr Alex soon. cheers Bill Hains

New to the area and tried to make an appointment today only to be told they are not taking new patients. Would be great if such a note was on the website so that people will not be disappointed when calling to make an appointment for their sick child to be looked at by a doctor.

Been a patient for over 20 years. I showed up today to refill a prescription- usually takes less then 2 minutes and has never been a problem just doping in. The waiting room with out patience and i still got turned away for not having an appointment while a young receptionist rudely taps on the window pointing to a sign stating "No walk in" policy and tells me to make an appointment. I tried to inform her that im not sick, just need to refill a prescription but she would not have any of that. I asked her - So you want me to take a day off work so i can see the Dr for less then 2 minutes? Sorry was her reply followed by make an appointment. Imagine if i woke up sick and went to see the Dr and got turned away. BTW. Sorry does not fix anything and should only apologize if you mean it. I guess loyalty means nothing leaving me very disappointed.

A remarkable clinic.
The reception and nursing staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, down to earth, caring and experienced. The team at this clinic have saved my life countless times by detecting my cancer and multiple infections. They have also taken great care of me throughout my pregnancies and of my family.

I've been to other bulk billed practices and have had to wait up to an hour after only phoning in for an appointment an hour before hand (how you can run an hour behind at 10am in the morning beats me) only to be given a 2 minute treatment with zero personal care.

Admittedly I've only been to Police Rd once now, but I was seen pretty much on time (within 10 mins), and the doctor spent a decent amount of time with me, asking many questions about my family and personal history. In the end, despite having never treated a patient like me before and being unsure of who to refer me to that would benefit me most, he took the time to phone a colleague and ask them for recommendations.
