I had a few appointments with Dr Hamid Hosseini at this clinic recently. Very friendly staff and warm environment. Dr Hamid is so experienced and kind to everyone. I really appreciate his treatments and especially providing fantastic and highly effective hair regrowth products to his patients. Highly recommended.

Timely call received from the practice first thing in the morning to advise that doctor was sick. an efficient rebooking was made to an alternative doctor with an available appointment just ten minutes later than the original one. Dr Wu promptly came to reception 5 minutes ahead of the rescheduled appointment time and as usual gave a warm greeting and farewell.

Dr Won overall does a great job and doesn't rush your appointment. The clinic has a pathology service on site if you need a blood test and the on site nurses are also very good. Overall a good medical clinic for when you need it.

Warm friendly helpful staff and Dr.Eva Wu is absolutely FANTASTIC! Gave me acupuncture for a trapped nerve in my back and after 2 weeks of agony it was DR. EVA who knew HOW to stop the pain.Thank you.I will definitely be back when and if I ever need to.

I hesitated to write this review but believe I have to. Like the other review, I think the clinic or Dr Eva Wu are quite careless and makes certain efforts to make money rather than really consider my health. I went for consultation on my blood pressure and was given the wrong medication on one occasion and when I called to ask for the right medication, I was charged for consultation fees. This is a mistake by the doctor and I felt really disappointed that I was asked to pay. And after that she recommended I take a combined pill rather than 2 single pills. I thought that was a good idea but without letting me know that the pill is not only more expensive but double the dosage! I was surprised and only realised after some time and consult with another doctor. These series of incidents make me feel that the practice is quite disingenuous and I totally lack trust. The reason I was willing to pay her private fees is hoping for a good GP to treat my blood pressure accurately but there's no difference or even more disappointing.

Dr Hamid Hussein is the kindest smartest caring Dr you could ever have. He is gifted, and one of God's greatest gifts. Belinda is his secretary she is an absolute gift as well. I cannot rate them high enough. Just wonderful.
