Excellent practitioners who care about you and explain things well. Easy access and parking. Saturday and Telehealth appointments and online repeats and referrals are really helpful but sometimes I’ve had to wait days/weeks for an appointment.

I had an annual review of my GP plan and it was very thorough. Dr Newman went through the results from my most recent blood tests, assessed my risk of a heart event and talked about thyroid function, lifestyle (weight and exercise) and other upcoming screens - cervical, bowel and breast. She explained things well and was an active listener.
