Dr Daphne Liu is the nicest and most intelligent GP I have ever met. I was initially recommended to see Dr Liu by a friend, as we had gone to multiple GPs who were unable to give us a diagnosis or treatment plan for my son. However, as soon as Dr Liu saw my son, she knew exactly what was going on and what to do. Thanks to our wonderful new GP, my son has been well treated and now all better! The reception staff are also all very lovely! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Dr Chua is amazing. She really listens to patient's concern. She has no hesitation answering the questions, it takes her less than a second to answer, which means she is very knowledgeable and skill in pregnancy care. Such an amazing doctor and will be my forever GP.

Every Doctor we’ve encountered has been kind and patient-focussed, and their attention to detail is second-to-none. We now live almost an hour away but still travel to Watersprings as we haven’t found any other GP’s that provide the level of care we’ve received here.

My goodness! Watersprings has done a magnificent job in hiring such likeminded, genuine and knowledgable practitioners.

Dr Liu has been our family doctor for as long as I can remember, and continues to see my siblings/parents/grandparents. On one occasion I wasn't able to book in with Dr Liu, so I booked in with Dr Banh and I haven't looked back. Dr Banh has dealt with me since my early 20s and looked after me during my first pregnancy. When Dr Banh went on maternity leave, I then put my trust in Dr Tung Lee and wow! Just as amazing. It's great to know that if I cannot secure a booking with my preferred doctor, that I am in great hands of other doctors in the clinic. All the practitioners work seamlessly together and have such a great ethic. From the nurses, front desk nurses, doctors and even the in-clinic pathologist.

I cannot recommend Watersprings Health Clinic enough. My fiance, daughter and I continue to trust our health in the hands of these doctors!

Our impression from three visits is very positive. An excellent level of care and genuine interest in the patient. Reception staff have been attentive, kind and helpful, vaccination nurses also patient, helpful and understanding, and on our last visit Dr Stephanie was exceptional in her sincerity, patience and in listening to the needs of both my partner and I - it's nice as a father to be treated with such respect, especially after a worst ever experience at a Hawthorne Clinic where I was treated with such indifference and contempt. Glad we have found a medical practice we can trust, it's a breath of fresh air!
