Called for a simple question, got cut off before I could even finish my sentence not once but multiple times and when I calmly told them that I do find it quite rude and unprofessional, (because it is), I get hung up on. Great to see that you guys are so busy that you can’t answer a simple question and get offended when someone calls you out on being disrespectful.

I had been an existing patient for over 7 years but the last 2 years it has been ridiculous for getting an appointment. You literally have to plan when you're going to be sick 3-4 weeks ahead.
I called desperately seeking an appointment with a female doctor after I had suffered a stillbirth (my doctor from this surgery is currently on maternity leave).
The receptionist advised that the female doctor was fully booked for the next 3 weeks and she would only see urgent patients. I said I think my situation is urgent. Then the receptionist said she didn't want to make the booking because she would get scolded by the doctor.
Also she carelessly said it wasn't for just 1 person, the appointment would be for 2 patients. Mums and Bub appointment she called it.
I reminded her that my baby had just died and she kept repeating she didn't want to get in trouble. I was in tears and ended up hanging up. So disappointed and disgusted on how I was treated. This medical practice used to be great but it has gone down hill. The receptionist has zero skills in listening and zero emphathy or sympathy.

I was attempting to book an appt, I simply asked the receptionist a simple question then waited for her response until she didn’t answer back and hung up on me.

Highly recommend. Never any issues getting an appointment, always call us if there is a cancellation as flexibility can be key to get in earlier, if possible. The GPs are incredibly informative, thorough and personable. Reception team and nurses are wonderful. With the transition to mixed billing, this may put people off. However without good health, nothing else matters.

I gave 1 star simply for the receptionist. I’m not sure what her name was as she of course didn’t say it when she rang me. She is the rudest medical centre receptionist I’ve ever experienced. The doctors are great. However they no longer bulk bill.

Needed a prescription for arthritis medication and told to wait 3 days for a telephone appointment for a prescription prescribed previously by an in-house doctor. Told young inexperienced receptionist, Natasha that I am in pain and type for my job... She said, 'Well, you have to wait for an appointment. all our doctors are busy. Or go to another doctor...'

Wow - what great service (NOT!). On top of that my favourite doctor left the practice. That says it all!

Disgusting level of professionalism (or complete lack thereof) displayed at this practice. Had the "manager" hang up on me mid conversation after I asked for advice on what I could do in a scenario where the practice was unable to help.

I have to take medication for a heart condition daily, that has adverse side effects when not taken. In this instance, I needed to get a new script as I was running low, but was also about to head overseas for a few days where I wouldn't be able to get the script.

I was told I needed to come in for my first appointment, which is understandable under normal circumstances. I tried to explain that I couldn't due to work, but simply needed a script that I have to take daily, and that it was urgent. I explained that it should be easily accessible in my health records, as I have been hospitalised over the condition numerous times and the medication is listed as the solution.

I was met with "you have your regular GP" over and over. Which, whilst true, didn't help one bit as they were completely booked out. I asked if there was anything we could arrange, as my GP wasn't an option, and I needed this script filled in three days. Instead of having a humane conversation, with any rational input, I was met with the same statement: "You can go to your regular GP". Which, again, I could not.

I then asked for some advice on what I could do in this instance, because the situation was a little dire. But again, I was met with the same robotic response, because apparently she was unable to conjure up a single other word. During my response this time, she hung up.

Now, I obviously could have organised this sooner, and fault definitely lies on me. But I just honestly didn't expect it to be so difficult to get a script that I need to take for the rest of my life.

But a side note to this manager: Our health system deserves better than you. You're an absolute disgrace, and you should be ashamed of yourself. Maybe you should try to gain a semblance of humanity, and then perhaps you wouldn't sound so utterly miserable, and you might even be able to have a reasonable conversation with someone!! 🙂

My partner and I had an appointment booked for our daughter to have her immunization injections. We arrived on time and alerted the front desk to our arrival and waited...and waited...and waited until the entire waiting area was empty. We were made to wait just over an hour until my partner approached the desk and was told that we are still in the list. We left after 1 hour and 18 mins. We will never find out how their service is as we never saw a doctor. 2 stars for the pointless and uninformed wait.
