Great staff, experienced and deeply compassionate. My grandparent will never comprehend the level of attention that they have provided. This business and staff deserve an award. 11/10 in my opinion.

Nice place, friendly staff.
But trying to call a resident,is appalling. You get transferred over and over.can take up to a couple of hours to succeed. And the residents have to rely on the centres wifi as there is no other reception for their phones. Just makes them feel even more cut of from the world.

Visited friends who live there, staff are good, place is clean but very drab and clinical some bright cushions and a few indoor plants maybe a few bright prints hanging on the common areas.
