Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. Picked up my mother for an outing and she wasnt wiped properly leading to a rash and canker sores! Receptionist laughed in our faces over it. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!! YOU ARE LUCKY WE’RE TOO BROKE FOR A SOLICITOR

My dad became a resident here today and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful, it was a genuine and caring experience for him ? a new environment after living in the same house for almost 60 years.

The technology is a little bit outdated (old monitors, still using terminals instead of chromebox), but everything seems to work just fine.

In terms of food, i ordered a bottle of water from a vending machine, and i got two bottles instead! Just for that i am giving 5 stars.

I’m giving this place a 1/5 as the reception service was undeniably rude as I was lost and went to the wrong age care home I was confronted and confused I was more then polite and respectful putting my mask on and just sitting in the foyer of the reception when the rude receptionist told me to wait outside not being helpful what’s so ever how can we trust in our age care homes if this is how the receptionist treat people so pathetic.
