The most unprofessional disrespectful and rude receptionist I have ever come across. Hangs up the phone and rejected 22 of my returned phone calls. No professionalism or manners at all. Clearly you hate your job. You role your eyes and patients and huff and puff all the time. Very disgusting and unpleasant for patients who are already ill and there for treatment. Luckily the drs are great however maybe a professional manager or drs should discuss staff roles, mannerism and further educate the receptionist to make the place a more pleasant place!!

I wasn't here to put 5 stars, but they deserve it (doctors in this medical centre deserve 5 stars and no one can argue with me with this point) but reading all these reviews about waiting an hour to see a doctor, mate we wait 3 hrs in the hospitals before they even say hello to us 😂 and another 3 hours to be seen, half day and u guys complaining about an hour or 2 in a popular medical centre that has John Atto as Doctor.
Wherever I go I wait more than hour in medical centres to be honest it's not just there.
And BTW I usually go to places that I don't like and I don't write bad reviews but I don't go there again very simple.

I've been a patient at Ware St medical centre since I arrived Australia, and I've been to other medical centres s well .I'm confident to say that Ware st medical centre is my first choice. Highly experienced doctors and very well trained receptionists .Yes there were times when small mistakes were made but no other place is perfect. Keep up the good/work 👏

I needed to take my grandma there to see the dentist. We booked for 3:30 on a Sunday. Got there 10mins early because they asked us to, literally no one there & waited for ages for someone just to open the bloody door. Got in and waited 2 hours and I went to see the doctor to ask how much longer because my grandma couldn’t sit there & wait. He tells me 10-15 more mins because the patient he had had complications. Waited 20mins and told him we had to leave cause if we stayed we probably would’ve had to wait another hr. I try to book another appointment, this time to be the first patient and they don’t even answer the damn phone! Very unprofessional & need better management! Seriously don’t know how they are still open ?

If I were to rate this center in the years between 1999 to 2001 I would've given it a 5 star rating. At that time, we always got the doctor that we sought for (Dr John Atto). Today, thanks to many "sick" people he is overbooked (I think many Assyrians go there just to casually talk with him Lol). Either way, John Atto was the best. He was my first family doctor.

From the late 2000s, the place has been too busy. I never forget one experience that I last had there: One of the Asian doctors (forgot his name) seemed to be a bit obnoxious and stubborn. He acted like he didn't know what "E. Coli" meant. And after asking him to look it up, he stubbornly refused (because I will prove him wrong). This was back in 2009.

I haven't been here since 2009. Maybe the centre has improved again?

Today I had a tricep injury and needed to see the doctor at Ware Street Medical Centre. So I called to make an appointment and first thinking was asked if I'm an existing patient to which I replied yes. So after giving my details she replied I haven't been there since 2019. Am I supposed to injure myself to go there. Anyway she said doctor can't see me. What a grubby policy . Never again I'll go there

Terrible, horrible phone customer service. Waiting for 14 minutes for assistant and they shut the phone close. Happened multiple times. I complained about the phone manner few times but doesn’t seem to take any action.

Took my appointment the very first person in the morning. They got someone else before me.

One star is a lot for this medical center.

I was treated with respect and the staff had a professional attitude. I saw they faced a lot of annoying customers but still the staff act professional with them, and my waiting time was acceptable.
