I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Wanless. The level of unprofessionalism and incompetence I have witnessed throughout my engagement with this company is nothing short of appalling. Not only have they consistently overcharged me, but they have also failed to fulfill the promises made, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.

Despite my numerous attempts to address the issues and seek resolution, I have been met with silence, indifference, and a profound disregard for customer satisfaction.

The overall experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. As a result of repeatedly overcharging me and failure to fulfill their commitments, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly with potential customers.

We had recently relocated our design/engineering offices and required a waste collection service. Wanless were on-site, signed me up immediately, bins appeared immediately and the process has been smooth and timely. Everyone from Wanless - including the drivers - have been helpful, amiable and friendly. The price is right and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

They are far superior than the previous waste management companies we have dealt with in the past. They charge hefty "Excess Kg" fee, and random "minium Charge Adjustment". Be prepared to pay double the amount that you originally signed up for as price will increase for both rental and empty fees. If you cancel their service make sure you call them daily as they tried to delay bin collection and charge me an extra two month of service after I cancelled.

Changing to Wanless Waste from the previous waste provider has been a huge mistake. Not only does the Rep that promises he is always available becomes non existent once you sign up. The Excess Kg fee is absurd. Careful with what you sign and don't believe in what your rep tells you only.
When you have an issue, be prepared to send constant emails before you get a response.
